Target: On an 8.5x11 sheet of paper, draw an 8-inch circle, with three approximately 3-inch fan "blades" around the center point. Trace around a quarter to make a smaller circle in the approximate middle of each "blade." Put a dot in the smaller circle to aid in "aiming small". (Print or draw your own.) Scoring: Inside or touching the 8-inch circle of the "fan" is good for 2 points; hitting or touching a "blade" is worth 8 points; hitting or touching the smaller circle in the blade is worth 12 points. Challenge: The challenge is to shoot the first TWO ARROWS of a day from 12 yards (6 for kids), using any stance to try and score the highest SINGLE DAY point total. Slight wrinkle is that you need to shoot both arrows at a single fan blade on any given day. In other words, you can only score an 8 or a 12 on the same blade on the same day. If you hit two different fan blades for 8s on the same day, only one counts for score that day. You can shoot the same blade the next day if you want. Up to 3 Days' tries allowed. Tie breaker is simply best, earliest single day total posted.
