Courtesy of tradtiger, How low can you go? Training to avoid high and back. Picture kill zone of animal broadside, facing to your left. Animal may duck; hence, low aim point. Target: 8.5x11 sheet of paper; draw a 4" circle so that it's about 1.5" from lower left corner (about 5/8" from the near sides). Inside of that circle, draw a 2" circle, touching the lower left edge of the bigger circle. Then mark off the area 2" from the corner. See sample target below. Scoring: shoot the first TWO arrows (repeatability) of a day from 12 yards (6 for kids), any stance, trying for the most points. Best 3-day total wins the next call. Points as follows: 10 points for the very corner. 8 for the smaller circle, 4 for the larger circle, 2 for on the paper. Touching the paper or line favors the higher point value. Zero for off the paper. You may shoot as many days as possible, but use the best 3 days' total for your entry. Tie-breaker will be least number of days for best 3-day total. If still tied, the soonest final day posted wins.
