Weirdest tab I've ever built. Custom order, but if it works, it works, and that's all that counts.

For sure different looking. I looked at some tabs I have, and the 1st finger is pretty much the same as the middle finger all around. I'm no scientist and didn't sleep at a Holiday Inn, but I would think if it works with the short finger then it likely would have less string drag/contact and maybe be more efficient.

It looks just "different".

Im wondering if the owner is missing the first digit. Or just a short finger. If it works, great!

This tab is an experiment.
The long pads may deform shape after extended use. We'll see. If they do, the next one will have the leather back, and the nylon stitched together at half their length out from the palm plate, which should stabilize them enough to keep them from deforming, but without losing any functionality.

Rick, I got one of those from you and didn't like it. Made the forefinger a little shorter and it didn't hit me in the face anymore. THe third finger still kept slipping off. After a while, like so many things in archery that are habits, I found out that it was me and my hook. Being a little more attuned to placement solved the problem
"...like so many things in archery that are habits..." All of archery is a habit, LOL.

Bowmania Yep, they are a little tricky to use at first, but once you get used to them they are great. It's the only tab I use now days. Not that the other models aren't great, but I love being able to feel the independent finger manipulation, and the "Bird Finger" gives you that in spades.
