I love my Razor Sharp Edge Making System, and can sharpen knives, and broadheads (even single bevel) to just about as sharp as you can get them on it, and that is straight razor shaving sharp It's only problem was, you could not safely sharpen 3-blade broadheads on it. Don't ask me how I know that. LOL Well, I can now. I built a jig/guide, that holds them at the correct angle, and will not allow the upside blade catch in the wheel. Just used a piece of 4" PVC sewer pipe, split it, heated it, flattened it, bent & cut it to shape, and mounted it to provide the correct angle Boy Oh Boy, sharpest 3 blades I've ever had !

Thanks Guys. Even though this works great, it is only kind of a prototype. Later on when I get some more spare time, I intend to build something a little more professional looking, and that can be adjusted to different angles.

I would love to see a video of your sharpening process of the three blade and a two blade brodhead. Is it hard to maintain the same angle all the time

I would love to see a video of your sharpening process of the three blade and a two blade brodhead. Is it hard to maintain the same angle all the time You get a feel for the angle, and can tell if you are off. It didn't take me long at all. Just a couple of times at it, and I was good to go. You can really feel the angle on single bevel heads, and know instantly if you are off. At least, that's how it is for me.
