The following video is of a "custom" tab project I built for a feller who is missing the bottom two fingers of his string hand, and has real bad arthritis in that hand. I plan to be offering these as a regular item for purchase on my website sometime soon.

I've been building "custom" tabs on request from folks for a long time.
I just don't advertise it on the website. Need to.
I charge a one time fee of $25 for doing a design template setup.
Depending on the intricacy of the design, the production cost will start at my standard pricing, but may go up some depending on added detail, and difficulty in build.
The design gets saved to the customer's file, so templates for future builds when requested are ready to use.
I will also do custom sizing on any of my website listed models.
That's without any added fee, unless I have to make a template change, then there will be the one time $25 setup fee in addition to the production cost of the tab.
On the tab in the video, the size, and shape of it is built to the customer's specified geometry, and dimensions, and he provided the Scott wrist strap for me to mount it on, and form the end of the Scott belt into the "cam lock" for the string.
