I screwed my bow arm shoulder up pretty bad when I fell on the river bank Saturday morning. Shake bad on the draw, but lock up at anchor just fine. Only problem is - I am shaking the arrow off the shelf. Problem solved. Doing this at 20 yards regularly, and never more than about an inch from the edge of the bullseye. JH Broadhead / Target Arrow / Bareshaft. I think I have things worked out in my favor. That's an old NAP Center Flipper rest. I put that velcro on the strike plate, and arm probably 25 years ago or so.

Good thinking! I have the NAP flipper rest on my Black Wolf and the NAP "normal" rest on my Black Bear warf. Both are great! Quick recovery Rick! PS I did the same thing, adding velcro on the strike plate
